**The Role**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Real, VA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our Evaluating system and helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your primary duties will include:
* Working closely with our outreach team to support the RFP process and create customized valuing structures for our clients
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customized solutions that meet our clients' needs
* Analyzing shipment volume and revenue to determine the effectiveness and profitability of our valuing structures
* Developing creative solutions to drive high margins and meet our clients' needs
* Assisting with the development of overall rates and rules for sales to use in setting rates for individual clients
* Understanding aircraft costing tables and being able to challenge or question when necessary
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we're always providing the best possible service to our clients
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A strong passion for delivering customized solutions that drive high margins and meet our clients' needs
* Related experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field, or experience working in an information/financial analysis role supporting valuing propositions and rate structures
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
* The ability to perform multiple tasks and respond to impromptu evaluating demands
* A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
