**Job Summary**

As a Back Office Staff member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our back-office processes. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into our company database systems, maintaining and updating records, performing regular data quality checks, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. You'll also collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Responsibilities**

* Accurately input data into the company database systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
* Maintain and update records as required, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing reports.
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

**Required Skills**
