Our team is made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared passion for aviation and a drive to make a difference. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for handling reports, gathering data, creating reports, and participating in various projects as assigned. As a key member of our Safety and Compliance team, you'll play a vital role in helping us drive success by providing exceptional data entry services. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $20-30/hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Audit, process, and analyze reports received through the safety reporting system * Examine technical data from incidents, events, and occurrences, and identify, and interpret patterns or trends in complex data sets * Track, analyze, and interpret data outputs from the organization's safety programs * Aid in the organization of corporate databases for improved aircraft safety * Assist the Safety Group in any necessary investigations * Provide technical expertise to Management regarding data models, database design development, and data mining * Plan and deliver safety-related information to management and line staff on behalf of the Safety Management System (SMS) * Aid in the development, implementation, and management of the organization's Safety Management System (SMS) * Aid in the continuous improvement of the risk identification and risk assessment plans of the organization * Participate in organizational investigations * Serve as a safety evaluator for the Internal Assessment Program, Safety Investigations, and high-risk areas of operations * Prepare examination studies concerning flight safety trends * Improve Safety Development by serving as the representative of the SMS * Other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Intermediate to advanced level MS Excel skills * Past experience in data and reporting * Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent computer skills with MS Word and PowerPoint experience * Outstanding oral and written communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills * Ability to obtain a MSP SIDA identification **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the aviation industry * Knowledge of safety management systems and regulatory requirements * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools * Certification in a related field (e.g., safety management, quality management) **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
