**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Amazon Fulfillment Center Operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Amazon fulfillment center. You'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
* Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and customer interactions
* Use scanners to read bar codes on products and track inventory movements
* Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure product quality and safety standards are met
* Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 35 feet
* Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand for long periods
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment
* Familiarity with Amazon's systems and processes
* Certification in inventory management or a related field
* Experience with power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
