Job Summary This is a full-time, remote Data Entry Specialist position, offering a competitive salary starting at $60,000 per year, and a manageable work schedule of 40 hours per week. As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring that all information is correct and readily available. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into the system from various sources, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency, identifying and resolving data discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes, developing and maintaining documentation for data entry procedures and best practices. Assist in reporting and analytics efforts by providing data insights, and participate in training sessions to enhance data management skills. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, working independently to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Participate in team meetings, contribute to database improvement initiatives, and assist with various projects on an as-needed basis. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access, with advanced skills in data management and analysis. Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 60 WPM), and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with data management systems and software, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to database improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, although not mandatory. Additional certifications or training in data management or a related field are desirable.
