Job Overview


Key Responsibilities

Enter data from source documents into workplace databases with high accuracy and attention to detail
File and organize incoming data, adhering to established filing systems and maintaining a high level of organization
Promote a pleasant work environment by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate individuals
Assist in administrative duties, such as answering phones and greeting customers
Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Archive and organize records, reports, and documents, maintaining a high level of organization and confidentiality
Manage orders, invoices, and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Conduct research, compile information, and prepare reports as required, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Perform basic accounting tasks, such as posting payments and invoices, with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements and Skills
