About the Role: Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a talented and organized individual to enter information into our database from paper documents, ensuring accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our customer sales contracts and orders. Your attention to detail, typing skills, and ability to work efficiently will be essential in delivering high-quality results and providing excellent support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into our database from paper documents with high accuracy and attention to detail
Key data, both alpha and numerical, to ensure customer sales contracts are complete and accurate
Identify discrepancies and report any errors or inconsistencies to management
Accurately read, count, and write to complete all needed documentation regarding detailed customer orders
Maintain professional demeanor and provide assistance to fellow staff as needed and/or instructed by management
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
At least 1 year of proven experience as a data entry clerk
Highly proficient typing skills with accuracy and speed
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
Understanding of data confidentiality principles and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Able to multitask and effectively communicate with team members and management
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
Friendly, helpful demeanor and professional appearance
Prompt and regular attendance
