As a Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for accurately processing patient enrollment forms, performing outbound phone calls to healthcare providers or patients, and assisting with other ad-hoc projects. If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Accurately perform data entry of patient enrollment forms and other faxed or mailed documents, including Prior Authorization Forms and other miscellaneous information * Perform outbound phone calls to healthcare providers or patients to retrieve missing information or clarify any information on the patient enrollment form submitted to the program * Ability to multi-task and function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Assist with other ad-hoc projects and cross-train within the Patient Services environment * Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information at all times **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Previous work experience in Healthcare or Customer Service * Professional level skills in computer use, including Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and key boarding skills * Experience working with people in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations, with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills * Strong ability to multi-task and strong time management skills * Ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Dependable and strong work ethic * Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching * Data Entry test score must be submitted * Home internet speed test must be submitted * Candidates must have a HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a door that can remain closed at all times, ensuring confidentiality and protection of all sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Post-high school education or certification in a related field * Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software * Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $19-$20 per hour * Opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in the Dallas/Fort Worth area * Flexible scheduling with multiple shift options (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm) * Opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance * Comprehensive training and support to ensure your success * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
