* Monitoring and correcting errors in the practice management system to maintain data integrity
* Verifying the accuracy and completeness of demographic information and charges to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Reconciling charges received to patient logs to ensure accurate billing and payment processing
* Communicating with facilities and clinics to obtain necessary information to support data entry and billing processes
**What Is Required (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 3 years' experience with insurance billing requirements and account follow-up procedures
* A general understanding of ICD9 and CPT coding to ensure accurate data entry and billing
* Proficiency in practice management systems and general computer applications to efficiently manage data entry tasks
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
