**Job Summary**

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone, accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch, and providing excellent customer service by resolving customer concerns and adapting to new processes. You'll work closely with our team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, focusing on commercial building services. This role requires a unique blend of data entry skills, customer service expertise, and adaptability, making it an ideal fit for those who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage incoming service requests via email and phone, accurately entering information into our system for dispatch
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns, adapting to new processes, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless dispatch operations and timely service delivery
- Multitask and manage multiple screens to efficiently process service requests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new processes and technologies

**Qualifications**

- **Essential Qualifications**
- 1+ year of data entry/order entry experience, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven experience working with multiple screens and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
- Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of resolving customer concerns and adapting to new processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
