**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Entry & Reporting Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Performing accurate data entry for multiple clients to ensure records are maintained to the highest standard.
* Running and generating reports as required, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established reporting formats.
* Supporting the account management team by providing timely and accurate information for client accounts.
* Communicating with franchisees or corporate contacts when needed to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality.
* Conducting regular data cleanup tasks to maintain database accuracy and reliability.
* Identifying data inconsistencies and taking corrective action to improve data quality.
* Providing general administrative support as needed within the account management team.
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ years of proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a client-focused environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; experience with data management software is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and internal teams.

* Expected base salary range: $24.10 - $31.25 per hour or $50,000 - $65,000 annualized base salary.
