Job Overview
In this exciting opportunity, you will play a vital role in our remote data entry and customer service operations. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of orders, reviewing orders for accuracy, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries. You will work closely with our sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Process a high volume of orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to specific customer requirements
Review orders for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Manage online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Generate internal reports for sales and production teams, providing insights and supporting business decision-making
Communicate regularly with the warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed, ensuring timely and accurate billing
Support the sales and marketing team as needed, providing data entry and administrative support
Perform other general office duties, including rotating tasks within the department as needed


Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high degree of proficiency in data entry, software applications, and online portals. You should have previous experience with ERP software and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Experience in a customer service and order processing environment is preferred, but not required.

Previous experience with ERP software
