You will work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow and develop with a team that values attention to detail, work quality, and efficiency, we encourage you to apply! **Responsibilities** * Perform data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions * Ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals * Cross-training and provide support in other areas of the department as needed * Work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures **Qualifications** * 1 year previous data-entry experience * Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing * High School Diploma / equivalent * Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined) * Team-oriented * Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently * Logical decisional-making rationale * Ability to work under limited supervision * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Strong sense of urgency and efficiency * Must be able to work in a confidential environment * Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally) * Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel **Working Environment** * Fast-paced production environment * Sitting position (100%) * Exposure to moderate noise levels * Arenaflex is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all our associates.
