Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor for Cancellations to join our team at arenaflex. As a Cancellations Processor, you will play a critical role in supporting dealerships and their representatives by ensuring the reimbursement of unused contract costs. Your primary responsibility will be to process a minimum of 75 cancellations daily, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Process a minimum of 75 cancellations daily, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve key performance indicators. Ensure documents are linked to the correct contracts, and return any documents that do not meet cancellation requirements to the dealership, agent, customer, or finance company. Research all returned checks and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Review all paperwork pertaining to the customer's contract, including cancellation dates, repossession letters, and payoff information. Respond to emails daily, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner. Adapt and adjust to new and current cancellation changes, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Perform other duties as assigned by upper management, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; college degree preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in customer service, insurance claims, or call center environments; experience within the automotive industry is preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and MS-Office products, and the ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues. Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and exercise sound judgment when interacting with customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend form verbiage and utilize accurate completion of cancellations. Good punctuation, spelling, mathematical, grammar, and attention to detail are essential. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently to meet key Service Level standards. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to successfully pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with forms manager and the ability to review terms and conditions on all contracts. Knowledge of cancellation procedures and the ability to process requests as required. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer/client conflicts with professionalism and satisfactory results.
