At arenaflex, we are committed to empowering individuals and families to make informed choices about their health and well-being. Our Family Nutrition Program (FNP) is a vital component of this mission, providing Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - Education (SNAP-Ed) services to communities across Florida. As a key member of our FNP Evaluation & Data team, the Data Entry Processor will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our program evaluation data and reporting.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our team on a remote or hybrid basis. As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for quality-checking submitted evaluation tools, tracking and assigning them for processing, and entering data into our web-based reporting system (PEARS) and/or Qualtrics. You will also identify and document errors in report exports, solicit and track corrections to data for accurate reporting, and perform other duties as assigned.

**Responsibilities:**

* Enter FNP participant data into PEARS, including pre/post-tests from county-based FNP programming
* Review evaluations for quality, track and assign evaluations, and document and refer errors to the counties for resolution
* Identify errors in report exports and solicit corrections via email communication during monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting periods
* Perform other duties as assigned, including attending recurring in-person meetings and collaborating with team members

**Work Schedule and Location:**

* Normal work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Work location: Our office is headquartered at UF's East Campus (Waldo Road), though this position may be eligible to be remote or hybrid remote/office. There is an expectation to attend recurring in-person meetings, so remote work location should be proximal to Gainesville.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Advertised salary: $17.00/hour + TEAMS benefits
* The University of Florida offers highly competitive benefits and retirement options, generous leave plans, a health and wellness program that reflects its commitment to quality of life and quality of work, and many more competitive perks and rewards.

**Minimum Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Six months of clerical or customer-service experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Detail-oriented and understand process management
* Strong computer skills, an excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Able to effectively communicate procedures and provide training to colleagues
* Excellent attendance history in past positions
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid capacity, both independently and collaboratively

**What We Offer:**

* A dynamic and supportive work environment
* Opportunities for professional growth and development
* A competitive salary and benefits package
* A chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in Florida

**How to Apply:**

If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Please upload a resume and a cover letter or statement of interest to our application portal.

**Note:**

* This is a time-limited, grant-funded position.
* Application must be submitted by 11:55 p.m. (ET) of the posting end date.
* This position is eligible for veteran's preference. If you are claiming veteran's preference, please upload a copy of your DD 214 Member Copy 4 with your application for consideration.
