As a Data Entry / Order Clerk with careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling purchase orders, processing shipments, and managing customer service requests promptly and professionally. Your duties will include:

* Preparing and processing purchase orders
* Processing shipments and orders for pick up
* Assisting sales and scheduling with pricing and availability
* Tracking vendor shipments
* Assisting with damaged returns and re-orders
* Communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products
* Managing customer service requests promptly and resolving issues quickly
* Working to streamline and improve processes

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

* A high degree of detail and focus on every job
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* Typing 35+ wpm and 10 key-by-touch required
* Outstanding verbal, written, and communication skills
* Ability to read and write in English

**Education & Experience**

We are looking for individuals with a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification. While prior experience in data entry or order management is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

**Physical Requirements**

As a remote worker, you will need to be able to work in a home office setting with minimal distractions. You should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as sit/stand for occasional sedentary work. Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds is also required.
