**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for verifying data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work from home, utilizing your computer skills and attention to detail to process data efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Verify data from source documents according to established procedures and rules
* Verify data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to make corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate
* Search entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines
* Complete timesheets on a weekly basis
* Follow standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
* Perform other job-related duties as required
* Work with clearly defined procedures
* Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks
* Entry-level business support or operation role
**Qualifications:**
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
* Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
* Strong attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of computer applications
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
* Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
* Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
* Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
* High-speed internet capability
* Must be a U.S. citizen
**Preferred Locations:**
Preference given to those currently living in the geographic regions (and surrounding areas) listed below:
* Pittsburgh, PA
* Aiken, SC
* Des Moines, IA
* Greater Philadelphia area
**Training Class:**
Training classes will be scheduled approximately 2 months after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.
