As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a crucial role in entering data into our computer system using alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents. You'll follow production guidelines and procedures for archival and data capture purposes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
• Keep track of received data and source documents, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
• Maintain a business-like production environment, minimizing personal communications and distractions.
• Compare data entered with source documents, or reenter data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
• Comply, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered, keeping a record of work completed.
• Respond to inquiries regarding entered data, correcting knowledge and performance deficiencies when notified of errors.
• Report to work and meetings on time and prepared, taking direction from the Production Supervisor.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships through effective and timely communication, driving the arenaflex culture through values and customer service standards.

**Education, Experience, and Required Skills:**
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and procedures.
• Must type at least 45 wpm with a high accuracy level, proficiently using a standard keyboard, mouse, and PC.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Access, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
