**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment in a timely and accurate manner
* Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various customer requests and inquiries
* Navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including secure systems, with strict adherence to privacy guidelines
* Documenting each contact in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Performing other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and initiatives
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or an Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
* An active Public Trust Security clearance
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data entry accuracy
* Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems
* Efficient typing skills (40 WPM) and computer skills, including experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
* Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation (8am-8pm, Monday through Friday) based on business needs
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role or call center environment
* Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
