**Position Overview**

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at careerzynith. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a passion for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining property-related data, customer information, and other critical records to support various business functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

* **Data Entry**: Accurately enter property listings, client information, transaction records, and other relevant data into our database and management systems.
* **Data Maintenance**: Review and update data regularly to ensure it is current, complete, and error-free.
* **Document Management**: Organize and maintain physical and digital records, including lease agreements, contracts, and customer communications.
* **Database Updates**: Assist in the creation and modification of data entry templates, ensuring proper categorization and formatting.
* **Reporting**: Generate and prepare regular reports on property status, client inquiries, and other business metrics as requested by management.
* **Quality Control**: Perform periodic audits and data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all entries.
* **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth data flow and efficient handling of information.

**Qualifications & Skills**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
* **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a related role (real estate experience is a plus).
* **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and comfortable using data management software (CRM systems or property management software experience is a plus).
* **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
* **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Essential Qualifications**
