**Position Overview**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team in Ohio. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail. This is a remote position, and you must reside in the state of Ohio.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and documentation
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve processes
* Meet stringent schedules and timelines, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Required Skills**
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to collect, research, organize, and analyze data with accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad

* Ability to work independently, with limited direction, and as part of a team

**Required Experience**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year prior experience in data entry or a related field, with equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
* Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with child support payment processing and the SDU system
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
