**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Data Entry Operator II to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Operator II, you will be responsible for entering data from source documents into computer systems using data entry devices such as keyboards or optical scanners. You will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of source documents and input data, and may be required to interpret or validate data prior to entering. Additionally, you may be required to prepare reports from input data and train new personnel on departmental equipment and procedures.

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* 2-3 years prior relevant experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent data entry skills, including keyboarding and optical scanning
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Nice to Have**
* CPAR certification
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Strong knowledge of data entry procedures and protocols
