This task order is intended to provide administrative, technical, training, and information technology design support to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). **Background** At the heart of the NOAA Fisheries Service lies the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), a strategic hub pulsating with activity. It's a journey marked by purpose and precision, where every action drives the Fisheries mission closer to its goals. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Operator II - Google Site Maintenance and Digital Content Management, you will be responsible for: * Applying experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed, and searching for interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of document sources. * Performing routine work as described for Data Entry Operator I. * Performing annual review of Google sites for Acquisition Google Site and CORE Policy Handbook site to ensure 508 compliance, correct links, consistent formatting, high-quality writing, and refreshed content. * Surveying needs from subject matter experts within the organization to inform content refresh. * Coordinating the refresh project from start to finish, including liaising with all division contacts and obtaining final approval from FMC leadership. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Approximately 4 or more years of related federal experience. * Expertise in Google Sites, technical editing, and web design. * An Associate's Degree (or equivalent). **Works Hours and Location** This is a remote opportunity, however travel is required: * Up to 5 locations per year. * Trips should not exceed five days in total, including one day for travel and up to three days for training. * May travel for approved meetings, conferences, or official business related to the task order, with expenses reimbursed per contract terms. **Benefits and EEO** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to our employees and their families: * Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage (available for purchase with SCA governed positions). * Matching 401(k) Plan. * Continuing Education Assistance. * Paid Time Off. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that empowers our employees to excel, innovate, and realize their full potential.
