Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to ensure the accurate and efficient entry of production data into our database systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily data entry, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with the production planning team to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Enter daily production data into database software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents Coordinate with the Production Planner on daily raw material intake and verify during receiving Prepare and sort documents for data entry, maintaining organized and efficient filing systems Identify problems as they arise, informing the Supervisor of deviations in process data, quantity yield, and other relevant metrics Perform any other assignments as required by the Production Supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Experience in data entry, food processing, and Microsoft Excel Basic skills in English (written and oral), with preference given to candidates with strong communication skills Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and long hours, with a willingness to work in varying temperature environments (up to 15 degrees Celsius) Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in data entry and processing Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced production environment, with a strong understanding of production planning and data management Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting Knowledge of other database software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely and efficient manner Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
