Key Responsibilities

Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining organized digital and physical files.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to data integrity and security policies.
Responding to queries for information, accessing relevant files, and providing excellent customer service.
Complying with data integrity and security policies, ensuring the proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets and online forms.
Familiarity with administrative duties, including office equipment operation and maintenance.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
