**About the Role**

As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for providing production services to our clients by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Document Review and Processing**: Receive and process documents from electronic and hard copy sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* **Data Entry**: Enter data into our database, following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information.
* **Document Identification**: Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information.
* **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent level of education is required.
* **Basic Background Check**: You'll need to submit to a basic background check as a condition of employment.
* **Typing Skills**: Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer.
* **Authorization to Work**: Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
