As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for collecting and entering data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent typing skills, and a passion for data management, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits * Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry * Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output * Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents * Scanning documents and printing files, when needed * Keeping information confidential * Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files * Complying with data integrity and security policies * Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk * Experience with MS Office and data programs * Familiarity with administrative duties * Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners * Typing speed and accuracy * Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation * Attention to detail * Confidentiality * Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks * High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous: * Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools * Knowledge of data security and integrity policies * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Familiarity with data management software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
