You will work closely with our data team and Data Manager to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our systems. Your attention to detail, typing speed, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms will be essential in performing your duties. **Key Responsibilities** • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed • Keeping information confidential • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files • Complying with data integrity and security policies • Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** • Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed • Keeping information confidential • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files • Complying with data integrity and security policies • Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions **Qualifications** • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk • Experience with MS Office and data programs • Familiarity with administrative duties • Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners • Typing speed and accuracy • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation • Attention to detail • Confidentiality • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset **Skills and Competencies** • Excellent data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in MS Office and data programs • Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
