As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our company. **Data Entry Operator Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: • **Data Entry and Management**: Perform input of customer and account data from source documents, in text-based and numerical information form, and ensure that the data is accurate and up-to-date. • **Data Organization and Prioritization**: Organize information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, and ensure that the data is properly categorized and stored. • **Research and Verification**: Perform research for finding further information if needed, and verify the accuracy of the data to ensure that it is reliable and trustworthy. • **Data Quality Control**: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output to ensure that the data is accurate and complete. • **Data Solutions and Techniques**: Use appropriate data solutions, techniques, and procedures in order to optimize the data entry activities and ensure that the data is properly managed. • **Reporting and Storage**: Prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure that the data is secure and easily accessible. • **Document Scanning and Printing**: Perform scanning and printing of documents, and ensure that the documents are properly stored and organized. • **Customer Service**: Respond to queries for information, access relevant files, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders. • **Data Integrity and Security**: Ensure the adherence to corporate policies of data integrity and security, and keep the corporate information confidential to protect our clients and stakeholders. **Data Entry Operator Requirements** To be successful as a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: • **Experience**: 1+ years' experience of working on a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk position, with a strong understanding of administrative duties and office equipment usage. • **Technical Skills**: Good practical experience with MS Office and data management software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and database management. • **Communication Skills**: Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy, high typing speed, and close attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • **Organizational Skills**: Strong organization skills, good responsibility, and confidentiality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • **Education**: High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be a bonus. **Additional Qualifications** Additional customer service training or certifications are a plus, and we encourage applicants with experience in customer service or related fields to apply. **Benefits** As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: • **401(k) with Company Match**: arenaflex offers a 401(k) plan with a company match, to help you save for your future. • **Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance**: arenaflex provides comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance to ensure that you and your family are protected. • **Paid Time Off (PTO)**: arenaflex offers a generous PTO policy, to allow you to take time off when you need it. • **Flexible Scheduling Options**: arenaflex offers flexible scheduling options, including the opportunity to work from home remote. • **Competitive Pay**: arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $40.00 per hour. **Schedule** The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, with flexible hours based on the role.
