**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry & Office Administrator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help us to maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing the schedule for our Editor-in-Chief and ensuring that all deadlines are met
* Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
* Working collaboratively with article writers, photographers, cartoonists, and marketing professionals to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard
* Providing excellent communication and writing skills to ensure that all correspondence is professional and effective
* Troubleshooting and improving business efficiency through effective problem-solving and communication
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Providing administrative support to the Editor-in-Chief and other members of the team as needed

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including:

* Availability to work 24 hours per week, three times a week, for a minimum of four months
* Excellent communication, syntax, and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, we would love to see applicants with experience in the following areas:

* Digital Photography and/or Fine Arts
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing strategies
