**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, monitoring incoming requests, and performing other data entry tasks as requested by management. **Key Areas of Responsibility:**
As a Data Entry Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Monitoring incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritizing requests with internal business leaders
* Extracting information from the archive of past questionnaires and coordinating final review with internal subject matter experts
* Recording progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) and completing additional data entry tasks as requested by management
* Maintaining all required corporate training up to date
* Soliciting input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions
* Completing data entry tasks accurately and with exceptional attention to detail
* Learning necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology
* Working on problems of limited scope; learning on purpose while gaining experience
* Demonstrating ownership and integrity of work
* Establishing stable relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Technical skills:
+ Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
+ Proficient with remote work tools, including MS Teams and MS Outlook
+ Experience with JIRA issue tracking software
* Preferred skills/engineering tools:
+ Cybersecurity experience
* Certifications:
+ None
