You'll work closely with internal business leaders to prioritize incoming requests and coordinate final reviews with subject matter experts. You'll also be responsible for extracting information from past questionnaires, recording progress in our issue tracking tool (JIRA), and completing additional data entry tasks as requested by management. **Key Areas of Responsibility** * Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet customer requirements * Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritize them with internal business leaders * Extract information from the archive of past questionnaires to support sales efforts * Coordinate final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness * Record progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) to track and manage workflow * Complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management, including learning necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology * Maintain all required corporate training up to date to ensure compliance and best practices **General Responsibilities** * Solicit input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions and ensure accuracy * Complete data entry tasks accurately and with exceptional attention to detail, adhering to company standards and procedures * Learn necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology to perform tasks efficiently and effectively * Work on problems of limited scope, learning on purpose while gaining experience and expertise * Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work, taking responsibility for tasks and outcomes * Establish stable relationships with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts and business leaders * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical skills: + Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel + Proficient with remote work tools, including MS Teams and MS Outlook + Experience with JIRA issue tracking software * Preferred skills/engineering tools: + Cybersecurity experience * Certifications: + None **Minimum Qualifications** * Education Requirements: + High school diploma or higher **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success.
