**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry & Mail Room Clerk, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
* Data entry into spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Performing basic mailroom functions, such as opening, prepping, and scanning documents
* Outbound mailing and occasional trips to the post office
* Quality control of scanned images using multiple platforms
* Maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through on instructions
**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong organizational abilities, including follow-up and follow-through on instructions
* Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
* Familiarity with shipping processes used at the US Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, or Pitney Bowes (preferred)
