**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Lead Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Verifying and managing lead records for our business development team
* Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Supporting business operations through effective communication and organization
* Collaborating with the business development team to drive sales and revenue growth
* Identifying and correcting subtle discrepancies to ensure data integrity
* Providing exceptional customer service to students and referral partners
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and sales
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Some College credit is required, and a college degree is a plus
* Fluent English language required, additional languages a plus
* 1-3 plus years of data entry experience preferred
* Strong work ethic with proven dependability
* Career-driven as advancement opportunities are available
* Fast-paced work environment experience
* Ability to quickly learn and implement new applications and processes
* Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills with high-speed internet
* Ability to accurately type information
* Ability to use online search engines and digital resources to gather accurate and relevant information effectively
* High attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including active listening skills and the ability to gather information in a fast-paced environment
