You'll work independently, with minimal supervision, to read and enter data from customer service documents, shipping orders, and work orders into our computer systems. **Job Description**
We're seeking an experienced data entry keyer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
Read customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via the print catalog, and online, deciphering handwriting that can be challenging to read.
Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, with approximately 10% of orders submitted in person, 15% via catalog, and the remaining online.
Read and key in data from other source documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the system.
Verify data accuracy before entering it, ensuring that information is consistent and up-to-date.
Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Keep accurate and updated logs of ongoing work, providing a clear understanding of project progress.
Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for approximately three hours per day, allowing for a varied and engaging work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong reading comprehension skills, with the ability to decipher handwriting and understand complex information.
