**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer communication, and problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities**

* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and answer questions
* Process customer information, including updating records and resolving discrepancies
* Analyze customer accounts and make corrections as needed
* Trains new Customer Service staff as requested
* Perform other related duties as assigned

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Less than one year of related experience or training
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in customer service or data entry
* Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
