**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Data Entry Credentialling Specialist, your specific duties will include:

* Entering and updating provider credentialing information in the system with accuracy.
* Verifying licensure, certifications, education, and work history for healthcare providers.
* Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
* Tracking credentialing and re-credentialing deadlines, ensuring timely submission of documents.
* Communicating with providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies to obtain required documentation.
* Assisting in audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
* Generating reports related to credentialing status and compliance.
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive provider information.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or data entry preferred.
* Familiarity with credentialing databases and healthcare compliance standards.
* Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external agencies.
