**Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Remote Pharmacy Operations Support**

Our pharmacists play a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system, providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for the nation's medically underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations by: * Researching and analyzing managed substance orders placed manually at the store level, determining if the orders are suspicious based on ordering patterns and circumstances, and taking appropriate actions to educate the individual on proper ordering practices. * Generating reports and providing data to DEA dealers on dispensing patterns, and prescriber or patient profiles within a 48-hour window. * Building ad hoc queries to pull data outside of regular reporting requirements. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about issues such as managed substance ordering practices, GFD policies, and DEA licensing requirements. * Assisting shops and field supervision with questions via email and phone on various related topics. * Assisting analysts in developing and reviewing store audits for managed substance losses. * Collaborating with Pharmacy Managers and Supervisors to ensure that losses are reported within the required time frame and with 100% accuracy. * Managing prescriber price tag decision system, validating and updating prescriber data, and collaborating with Pharmacists to ensure that any prescription blocking is legitimate. * Researching and analyzing requests for increases to managed substance allocations, making informed decisions based on collaboration with Pharmacy Managers, Supervisors, and object vendors. * Mitigating risk to the organization by ensuring that due diligence is completed and documented. * Assisting in the implementation and updating of the Good Faith Dispensing and Target Drug Good Faith Dispensing policies. * Utilizing skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to query databases to help analysts in the development of presentations and education for store staff and supervision. **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience as a pharmacy technician. * Required certification in Certified Pharmacy Technician as granted by PTCB. * Experience with prescriber licensing requirements (NPI, DEA, and state licenses). * Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Experience with query databases. * Experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive outcomes and find solutions. * Experience speaking effectively (written and verbal) as suitable for the needs of the audience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with internal blithequark systems, including SIMS and IC. * Experience with managed substance ordering practices within blithequark (PDQ's, RxQuick Order, and Passport). **Benefits** As a remote employee of blithequark, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Company-Paid Life Insurance * Medical, Prescription Drugs, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Retirement Savings Plan 401(k) & Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Family Forming Benefits * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Flexible Time Off (FTO) for Facilitation Band and above, and HCS and HSS roles * Paid Parental Leave (PPL) * Voluntary Life & Personal Accident Insurance **Key Advantages of Joining blithequark as a Remote Worker** Joining blithequark as a remote employee offers numerous key advantages, reflecting our commitment to providing a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
