Job Summary
The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in the Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, as well as updating cost changes and resolving price change related issues. As the liaison between merchants and stores, you will provide exceptional support and ensure seamless communication. Key Responsibilities
Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve processes
Comprehend complex promotional price changes and their impact on the system, making adjustments as needed
Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity
Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, adhering to tight deadlines and priorities
Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Manage and review weekly price change reports, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, providing exceptional support to the business divisions
Perform additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to your work
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline
1-2 years of related experience in data entry, analysis, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of ecommerce and retail systems
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
