**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Coordinator at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data records. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our data systems, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our team. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

* **Data Entry**: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Data Management**: Enter new SKUs and pricing in our system, verify data accuracy, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
* **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
* **Account Management**: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process.
* **Reconciliation**: Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
* **Other Duties**: Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting.

**Required Skills and Abilities**

* **Data Entry Software**: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).

**Education and Experience**

* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
* **Experience**: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
