Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Consultant to join our Equity Management and Administration team. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Key Responsibilities
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders
Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation
Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of experience in equity management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field
Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Advanced degree in a related field
Professional certification in equity management or a related field
Experience working in a global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures
