**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Co-Op at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Crew Resources and Scheduling team by delivering statistics-driven solutions and automation that drive business performance and decision-making. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, design and implement new processes, and ensure that all obligations are completed on time and on budget.
**Responsibilities**
* Inputting, updating, and verifying data in the company database with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or missing data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information entered
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to careerzynith's data protection policies
* Identifying areas for improvement in manual procedures and designing/implementing new, automated solutions to reduce tasks and increase efficiency
* Utilizing project management skills to ensure all obligations are completed on time and on budget
* Working independently and meeting deadlines, while maintaining open communication with the team
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry software and Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
