This hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance your time between our remote office and home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity * Analyzing complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications * Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile * Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce **Key Responsibilities:** * **Analysis** + Review of subscription deals or transfer requests + Client/Advisor account exceptions + Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) + Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks + Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies + Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding * **Trouble Addressing** + Internal/External system improvements or concerns + Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. + Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management + Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm + Client or Company Companion Service + Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility + Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues + Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications:** * No prior experience required; we're looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards * Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and/or fund companies * Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your growth and development.
