You'll be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and analysis, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. If you're a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity * Analyze complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new technology enhancements and vendor changes * Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile * Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Interact with and embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners **Duties and Responsibilities** * Testimonial of subscription deals or transfer requests * Client/Advisor account exceptions * Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks * Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies * Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding * Trouble Addressing: + Internal/External system improvements or concerns + Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. + Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management + Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Client or Company Partner Service: + Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility + Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
