If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career, arenaflex is the perfect place to start your journey. **Job Description** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for performing everyday reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your essential deliverables will include: * Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles * Identifying and addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents * Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity * Executing analysis of complex/escalated issues * Testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications * Processing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and process subscription deals or transfer requests * Identify and address client/advisor amount exceptions * Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconcile Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks * Resolve issues between TDA, the Fund, and other external partners * Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management * Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility * Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred * 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data entry software and systems * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong time management and prioritization skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
