**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Clerk/Excel Professional at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Entering data using a standard keyboard with high accuracy and speed
* Verifying data from scanned documents into our processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
* Working independently with accuracy, completing assigned tasks within strict deadlines, and possessing excellent comparison skills
* Sitting for extended periods of time, reviewing and keying on-screen data, and working in a fast-paced production environment
**Special Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must be able to alpha-numeric key a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors. The most qualified applicants will be required to take a typing test to verify this skill.

* Entering data into our computer systems with high accuracy and speed
* Verifying data from scanned documents into our processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
* Working independently with accuracy, completing assigned tasks within strict deadlines, and possessing excellent comparison skills
* Sitting for extended periods of time, reviewing and keying on-screen data, and working in a fast-paced production environment
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Experience entering data into a computer system
* Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII) (such as tax records, medical records, name, address, social security number, telephone number, email address, etc.)
* Experience utilizing computer programs and software (such as Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, report production, and document creation)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with experience in the following areas:
* Experience or formal training in document capture/processing software (such as IBM Intelligent Forms Processing (IFP), Kofax Capture, OnBase, etc.)
