**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk/Excel Professional – Remote, you will be responsible for:

* Entering data into our computer systems with accuracy and attention to detail
* Verifying data from scanned documents into our processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
* Utilizing your Excel skills to analyze and present data insights to support business decisions
* Working independently with accuracy, completing assigned tasks within strict deadlines
* Possessing excellent comparison skills, with the ability to sit for extended periods reviewing and keying on-screen data
* Working in a fast-paced production environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Meeting the special requirement of alpha-numeric keying a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience entering data into a computer system
* Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
* Experience utilizing computer programs and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present data insights
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to sit for extended periods reviewing and keying on-screen data

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

* Experience or formal training in document capture/processing software
* Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
