**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You'll be responsible for collecting and entering data in a timely and efficient manner, identifying and correcting errors, and collaborating with employees and customers to ensure seamless communication. **Key Responsibilities**

* Collect and enter data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner
* Liaise with employees and customers to collect information and resolve queries
* Identify and correct errors, and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience in a relevant field (data entry, administration, customer service)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient touch typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Familiarity with MS Office Word and Excel
* Good command of English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate for lengthy periods

* Experience in a remote work environment
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
