We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and we are seeking talented individuals who share our values to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Warranty Claims and Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for: * Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces into our software systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve any discrepancies * Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring seamless communication with our customers * Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency * Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during periods of high call volume * Working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications * Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability **Work Experience** While previous experience in a relevant position is desired, we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a strong work ethic. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred, but not essential.
