**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our warehouse appointment scheduling and inbound freight management processes. You will be responsible for accurately entering, canceling, or editing warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems, as well as auditing and reconciling inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer Portal. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Accurately enter, cancel, and edit warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems
* Audit and reconcile inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer Portal
* Perform periodic updates and edits to freight costs in the Buyer Portal
* Navigate and utilize various web applications efficiently, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse appointments and freight costs
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
* Strong web application navigation skills, including the ability to navigate and utilize various web applications efficiently
* High typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
* Familiarity with One Network and/or High Jump systems
* Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Buyer Portals
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
